Four page, folded four color comic, 'Copr. 1954 National Comics Publications, Inc.'; which formed part of a 'Superman the Official Play Suit' in decorative box; as 'Styled by Funtime Playwear', the manufacturer; also included were Superman style pants, shirt and cape, and thought to contain a 'Supermen of America' membership card and certificate.
There was a later version of the comic, blue printing on white glossy paper; '(c) 1958, Superman, Inc.' Neither edition was available separately, although reproductions of the 1958 version exist.
