Harris Comics was the comics division of Harris Publications. The parent company existed from 1977 to 2016, putting out over 100 magazine titles.

Harris Publications published a variety of magazines including King (men's magazine aimed at African-Americans) and XXL (hip-hop music magazine). Publications in its Outdoor Group unit were focused on hunting and weaponry, with titles such as Sportsman's Bowhunting, Whitetail Hunting, Tactical Knives, and Combat Handguns. Harris Publications also published craft and collectibles magazines including Quilt and Country Collectibles.

President and CEO was Stanley R. Harris.

Stanley Harris was also co-publisher with Myron Fass of Eerie Publications (AKA Countrywide, etc) in the 1970s until their partnership ended when Fass beat Harris with a pistol. Harris bought Warren titles in the mid- 1980s. (Some detail from Tim Stroup via the Error List January 2007)
