Disclose Notes: Format: squarebound; exterior and interior covers are in full color. Interior is made up of four 16-page two-color sections, each printed in black, white and one color. In the first section the added color is red, the second green, the third yellow, and the fourth orange. All reprints as indicated. 7 3/8" x 9 1/2".
