Synopsis:
Veronica confronts her father about developing Riverdale, making him an offer he can't refuse. Moe Miller stops by Jughead's restaurant, tries a burger and is convinced of its franchise potential. Archie and Veronica finally make up. Just as Moose and Mayor Rushkin are about to have a debate, a microphone is accidentally switched on, broadcasting Mr. Lodge's arrogance and contempt, Mayor Ruskin's corruption and Fred Mertz's greed to the voters.
