Synopsis: Wonder Woman meets with Superman, Green Lantern, and Plastic Man to discuss what to do with this new Bat-Man who has now kidnapped a child. Though she wants to take him out, Wonder Woman agrees to leave Batman alone for now. Meanwhile Batman enjoys patrolling Gotham City, brutally stopping a rape, and tells the victim not to call the corrupt cops nor an ambulance. Back at Wayne Manor, Alfred recalls Bruce's childhood and the Waynes' deaths, wondering if his master has gone mad. Dick explores the Batcave, and finds a cache of old-style weapons, including a battle ax.
