Arnold falls in love with Peggy and decides to marry her while the rest of Mrs. Slade's gang are arrested.

Henry Wilson; Charles Dobbs; Tom Higby; Jim
Henry kills his boss Dobbs at night, but Tom sees him leaving. Henry seemingly kills Tom and leaves his body in Charles' office, but the next day Henry keeps seeing Tom around the office. Henry is driven mad and leaps out the building to his death, not realizing the police arranged for Tom to ply at Henry's guilty conscience by posing as his own ghost.
