Apparently, the stories with the villainous Mr. Peg were printed out of order, as the Boy Commandos don't recognize him here, but in his appearance in the story in Boy Commandos #22 (July-August 1947) he is referred to as "an old acquaintance." (Characters and note added by Kendall Smiley via the GCD Error Tracker.)
