The most perplexing case of their daring career...
Identical twins are the focus of this murder mystery. One of them is committed to an asylum after a broken off love affair convinces her that she is in love with Lancelot from Arthurian legend. The murderer plots to have her sprung from the asylum and then blamed for the killings so that he gets the girls' money.

Possible Burgos pencils per Nick Caputo. Previously indexer credited Jimmy Thompson but after an exhaustive study of Thompson's work for Timely we can definitely say this is not Thompson.

Sub-Mariner [Namor]; Namora; Dr. D. Mencha (villain, introduction); Mencha’s men [“Muggsie” Marvin; Michael; Simon (aid)]
While strolling the waterfront, Namor witnesses a girl drop dead. He diagnoses the unlikely cause as the bends and decides to investigate a nearby river dredge that he finds suspicious. There, he discovers that Dr. D. Mencha is experimenting on young girls, inflicting them with decompression sickness. Namor takes a quick trip to Betty Dean’s apartment to enlist the aid of Namora, whom he uses as bait to catch the demented scientist in the act. The plan works and with the evidence they need, the cousins round up the professor and his men for the harbor police.
