The Queen of Crime (villain, introduction)
The Queen of Crime kidnaps Toro in an attempt to get Torch to do her bidding. Torch shows up to her house and pretends to go along with her plan in order to free Toro, but she demands he rob an armored car by himself, so he signals Toro to flame on. They both get placed in an asbestos-lined moving walls deathtrap, but they pull out the ceiling grate and escape through it. Torch and Toro wreck the Queen's car as she is attempting to intercept the armored car and put her in the hospital.
