The origin of Captain America is retold. Steve Rogers is recruited for a secret super-soldier program and turned into the ultimate fighting machine. But Dr. Erskine, the scientist who created the process, is killed by Nazis and the formula goes with him. Steve goes to a regular army base to be protected. Meanwhile, the assistants to Dr. Erskine are being tortured and killed. Steve discovers a plot to steal supplies from the base and goes after the culprits.
