reworked from Hangman story in PEP COMICS #32

Originally credited "Irv Novick?", but it is not him. Most probably Sahle, when looking at hands and faces and comparing with his signed stories in Shield-Wizard #10, Mike Lancer in Green Hornet #10, and Airman in Detective Eye Comics. He is credited on this feature by Jerry Bails' Who's Who. The inking of the face on page 7 looks very much like Pen Shumaker, as does some round black eyes on page 3.
