Tim Hogan, demobilized veteran, after a short and brilliant ring career decides to quit.
Boxer Hogan quits the ring. He and his corner man Blimp gets jobs in Dooshay's lumber camp. When the camp boxing champ Big Looie is drugged before his charity bout against Bull Torono, Hogan takes his place and wins the fight.

Using rocket engines attached to their plane, Rocket Kelly and his sidekick Wacky escape from captivity but run out of fuel before they make it home. They land and steal gasoline from the Japanese, then take off again and destroy a flight of Japanese warplanes.
