Synopsis:
May was beautiful, and worried that all the men in her life loved her for that physical attribute alone. But, then she met Ted, the only man who did not spend every night extolling her beauty. Still, after months of dating, May kept Ted at arms length, and had not even let him kiss her. Regardless, Ted was in love with her and while at the beach he popped the question. Again, May cut him off and this time he stormed off of the beach. Realizing that she may have lost her true love, May invited Ted to a romantic dinner. She cooked, wore her best dress, and afterwards took him into the living room. Looking into his eyes, she kissed him and said, "Well... are you going to ask?" Ted was bewildered and wondered if she was doing that to simply get a good looking husband since she at rebuked him so often before. He then told her that he had fallen in love with her, as she was, and can't guarantee that he'd feel the same if she were anything else. With that, he stormed out of her life again. But this time, May followed him realizing that she loved him, too, and didn't care why.
