Göring convinces Hitler to give a man in an insane asylum a chance to build a secret weapon to be used against the Allies, especially since the war is not going well for the Nazis. The weapon is the Liquid Fire Stream, which can be used to envelop enemy aircraft and destroy them. Although Blackout is told about this, to his horror he discovers that the weapon will be tested on an unsuspected British POW who is allowed to escape.
