Civil War tie-in story. This is Jon Sibal's first issue on this series as inker. Continued next issue. The Chicken Cow chicken restaurant is an homage to lame Spider-Man character, The Chicken-Cow (Chtylok The Che-K'n Kau). Arachne (Julia Carpenter) was formerly known as the second Spider-Woman.
