Synopsis: Lt. Corrigan investigates the deaths of patrons at a local car show by lethal gas, such as that used in World War I, not realizing that this mass killing is a part of "Operation Green Cloud," a demonstration to city officials who are being asked to cough up $1 billion or risk more guerilla attacks!
