Judge Dredd on Patrol, gets a call to a "gang bang", at a local club. Dalbert Goong, is in a phone booth in the club talking to his wife. Dredd breaks up the gang bang and the hoods that escape think Dalbert ratted them out. They head to his place for some revenge. Man-Hunter takes out one gang member with a well-placed arrow. Later, Judge Dredd responds to a call for a jumper. While Dredd tried to convince the jumper to come down, Man-Hunter takes out the jumper causing him to drop on several crowd members. The remaining members of the gang break into Goong's apartment. At the same time, Dredd is beginning to piece together the identity of Man-Hunter from his arrows.

Koala Stan is walking the waste lands singing the lands back to life, when a hover board streaks across the horizon. Chopper and Charlene, are kissing on his board after he has scribed the names of the surfers that died in Super Surf, on the canyon wall. They return to Drongo Springs, a peaceful communal type settlement deep in the desert. Dora and Jug announce that Dora is pregnant, while Moke delivers a letter to Chopper from Whipeout Jones talking about the latest Super Surf. Chopper and Charlene tend the crops while Chopper relives the death and destruction of the Super Surf that put him out of the game for good. The scene shifts to Stig Corps where Derek and a co-worker discuss the past Super Surfs, and the fact that they blame Chopper for Mr. Stigs death in Super Surf. They plot to destroy Drongo Springs and put in a power station. Koala Stan can sense the coming of the Stig Corp lackeys.
