The JSA members are standing in a radio studio to get an award but the announcer doesn't laud them, but the newly organized Injustice Society of the World, promptly pulling a gun on the JSA and firing at them! The Atom stops him and when the JSA returns to their HQ they hear a radio broadcast about simultaneous jail breaks all over the country. Dr. Mid-Nite enters with the announcer's script page, from the Injustice Society, challenging the JSA to a battle of wits. Seeing a connection with the jail breaks and that script page, the members head out to the locations of the jail breaks.
