The Hangman
The Hangman [Bob Dickering]; Norton Rockhill (named for artist Norman Rockwell, introduction, death); The Artist II [John Wilson] (villain, introduction)
John Wilson is an artist of little talent and doesn’t take criticism well, so he kills famous painter Norton Rockhill who had put down his work after showing him a painting of how he was going to die. He then sent similar paintings to other critics of his work, but eventually his killing spree was stopped by the Hangman.
