This was an inventory story circa 1967, possibly only in pencil stage, newly scripted by Marv Wolfman and inked by Dick Ayers. Nick Caputo suspects Ayers may have finished the art on the last two pages.

Last issue to include new material. Two-Gun Kid next appears in AVENGERS #142.
