The Mummy Man a hideous fiend who gains supernatural powers in Egypt... comes to Canada as a merciless enemy to kill, rob and destroy all that Canada represents justice, peace and happiness.
The Brain psychically contacts the Mummy Man who then kidnaps a girl to lure him to a graveyard. The Brain falls into a grave, but then flys out. The Mummy Man runs away with the girl. The Brain rescues her and the Mummy Man and his gang are destroyed. The last panel introduces Active Jim.
