I was afraid of that! A solid block of thick ice! Only a ghost could get in or out of there!
With the help of Eskimo boy Tikki and his dog Love, Casper makes it to the North Pole and finds that Jack Frost and his cousin Harold, from Jupiter, have traded jobs to give each other vacations. Since Jupiter is much colder than Earth, Harold had set the temperature much too low. Harold and Jack return to their home planets.
