Disclose Notes: This may be the preliminary cover done by Russ Heath before editorial revisions were imposed. Arrowhead's entire figure has been totally redrawn, his face less savage, more placid on the US cover, and his opponent's hand is around his neck, whereas the hand is only seen reaching but not in physical contact on the revised cover. It should also be noted that Heath's signature can clearly be seen here along the shoreline between Arrowhead's legs, but has been omitted entirely on the US cover.
