In the center of the biggest open space in Duckburg stands Uncle Scrooge McDuck's huge money bin!
Scrooge pumps his money underground to save it from the Beagle Boys, who are planning to drill into the bin from an adjacent lot. But Scrooge's eyeglasses are bad, and he mistakenly pumps his money under land on which the Beagle Boys' grandfather has been squatting.
