Oswald the Rabbit; Toby; King Wiggle Wag; the Merry Witch
Oswald and Toby fall into a deep hole at the top of a mountain and end up in a strange land. Oswald and Toby are jailed when Toby accidentally picks the last flower in the kingdom. They escape from jail and go to the castle of the Merry Witch, who has placed a curse on the land so that flowers will not grow. The witch says she'll lift the curse if the two can go all night without laughing.
