Jeb Daws is looking to run for mayor in a small town to restore democratic processes. The current corrupt mayor and his cronies want to get rid of him and frame him for murder. They then testify against him in court resulting in a guilty sentence. Jeb is condemned to die by hanging the next day. Before he dies he swears he will get revenge. Later that evening, Jebs' hanging corpse is gone and people swear that they see his ghost roaming the streets at night...

An architect loses his secretary (who he's secretly in love with) to a young good looking man. Wanting revenge on the couple he offers them a huge mansion complete with a beautiful swimming pool as a gift. It turn out that inside the pool is a prehistoric furry tentacled monster. The architect encountered this monster years ago in a small watering hole and built the swimming pool over the hole to destroy the couple. Unfortunately for him the monster also makes him a victim.
