Conan helps Theta look for her sisters (Rhula, Bethene and Lola), who have been sold into slavery. Suspecting Forbos, Conan tricks him into "buying" Theta. Theta and Conan discover that Forbos is half-man/half-bull and has been feeding his harem, and Theta's sisters, to the Devourer of Women. Conan kills the Devourer to save Theta and Forbos dies because they were linked.
