Disclose Notes: Per information from the NY Superior Court hearing December 1941, Ace art director, Fred Gardener, stated that Pat Lamar's studio provided all of the artwork for this issue, as well as lettering. They did not provide scripts or coloring. Lamar's bill was dated 6 June 1940. Lamar admitted that the only art he did was corrections.
