Elhil Publishing Company
Note: The exact relationship between Bell Features and Elhil is unknown, but they reprinted many of the same American titles and the indicia used by both (a generic indicia on the back cover of the comics) used the same layout and typeface.
It is possible that the name Elhil is a contraction of the last two letters of Bell and the first three of Hillsborough Studios (the previous name of Bell) but this is speculation.
