7   This is a true shop job again...but this time unlike the Spencer Steel work, it contains some elements seen in the "Powell-Henkel" style [see ZX-5 in issue 6] described earlier. There is a license plate that has R-B on it but other than Bob Bugg no other link came to mind in style.
