2 | This looks like an early version of Al Zere's "The Joy Family," which appeared in a number of Fox titles in 1944-46: although the characters have different first names and slightly different appearances, it's the same sort of "family situation comedy" strip. Al Zere had contributed to the previous issue of All-New Short Story Comics with a "Flossie" strip (under the name Jourdain) and this story looks like his style.
