Between pages 32 and 33 of this issue of Advance Comics, there's pages TB-1 - TB-32, referred to as the second issue of True Believer. This is just promotional material from Marvel, with a foreword by Bobbie Chase. The first page is a print of the cover image of Archie Meets the Punisher (Archie, 1994 Series) #1, with less obscured art.

Pages 141-145 form Ultrawatch, a fictional in-universe newspaper. It has a cover page, 2 pages forming an article titled "The Not-Ready for Prime Time Hero", and 2 pages forming an article titled "Blue Moon".
