Synopsis: Fifty years in the future, Lucas Bishop is born in a mutant internment camp located in Sheepshead Bay, New York. He is ignored by his mother, loved by his father and has his head filled with heroic tales by his grandmother. He is branded as a mutant with an M over his right eye. When there is a mutant uprising in the camp, Bishop watches as his parents are killed and escapes alone into the bowels of New York. He is discovered by a mutant who claims to be one of the X-Men.
