Red Ronin, who was previously seen in New Thunderbolts #13 (2005), has a one page cameo assisting the Thunderbolts. The Fujikawa Corporation who was responsible for rebuilding Red Ronin after it was acquired from S.H.I.E.L.D., would create a new Red Ronin that was a human sized female android with a laser powered sword attached to her wrist named Namie in Loners #6 (2008).
However, after a handful of appearances which ended in May 2009, the character was never seen again and the real Red Ronin would return in Dark Reign: Zodiac #2 (November 2009). While he did appear in one panel in Civil War: Battle Damage Report (2007), only his legs are shown.
