Synopsis: Chronok, a villain back from the future, has killed most of earth's good guys and only a ragtag band of second (and third and fourth) string heroes are left to oppose him. Our heroes travel foreward to Chronok's time to stop him in the future before he decimates the past and they are immediately met by Mutant 2099.
