There is a one-year interruption between issue #19 (April-June 1955) and #20 (March-May 1956).

The indicia lists the comic as "Zane Grey's KING of the ROYAL MOUNTED" up to issue #21 and then just "KING of the ROYAL MOUNTED" after issue #22. Following the American comic book indexing convention, this series is listed based on the title in capital letters.

This feature continues in Four Color (Dell, 1942 series) #935.
