Eternity was privately financed by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg of Sunrise Distributors, who soon also financed four other small publishers: Amazing, Malibu, Wonder Color, and Imperial Comics (another entity overseen by Marshall and based in the same Brooklyn location).

Eternity had a short tenure as an independent company, before being absorbed by Malibu and becoming Malibu's leading brand near the end of 1987/beginning of 1988.   Does this data need corrections? Become an editor.
