Synopsis: While aboard his yacht, Percy recieves a message in code. When cracked, it states that Rutania (a small Balkan kingdom) is to be invaded. Changing course, a submarine fires a torpedo at them, ony to be averted by Strogman, who turns it back on itself. They land in Rutania, where Strongman defeats the Aissurian troops in a mountain pass.
