Synopsis: The Sanctum Sanctorum is breached and the Midnight Sons are left unprotected. Caretaker takes all of them to the Nightclub for protection. Zarathos is regaining his memory and he realizes that Lilith is not his mother. Blaze, Ghost Rider and Vengeance go back to the cemetery to fight Zarathos. Morbius snares the Medallion of Power. He throws it to Ghost Rider and Caretaker helps Blaze, Ghost Rider and Vengeance to access its power. They defeat Zarathos and send Lilin and the mystical mist back to their own dimension. The Medallion of Power explodes. Zarathos and The Fallen return.
