The deep-throated tree drums spoke of anger and unreast at Konya mines...
Bertha's mine overseer, in a plan to cover his diamond thefts, convinces Bertha's native laborers to go on strike. When King and Bertha arrive at the mine site, Bertha takes the airplanes control and buzzes the natives, humiliating Sahi, the chief. Sahi orders his men to attack King and Bertha. Jingo interrogates the overseer and the plot is exposed. The overseer is turned over to the district police and Sahi begs Bertha for forgiveness.

Treasure hunters, searching an ancient Carthaginian treasure ship, uses dynamite to block the lancers' steamboat from leaving the fort. But, unknown to the treasure hunters, Terry has a helicopter that he uses to go after the hunters, whom he subdues and takes into custody.

'When in trouble, help often comes from the most unexpected sources!'
Wambi plays pranks on his jungle friends using stilts, and they shun him. Then, local hunters begin to take captive many of the jungle animals. Tawn refuses Wambi's offer of help and is himself captured, trying to free Ogg. Wambi then uses his stilts to frighten the hunters. He is forgiven for his pranks when he releases his friends.
