Work convicts were making daring escapes from the vast diamond mines at Batanga...
To investigate the disappearance of many convict laborers from the Merrill mine, Terry disguises himself as a convict. His imposture is discovered by the mine supervisor who uses it against him by suggesting that he can escape if he will deliver a bag of diamonds to an accomplice. Terry takes the bag and is attacked by Ali Bey's hunting leopards. However, Terry had equipped himself with knockout gas, which subdues the leopards. He returns to the mine and turns the overseer over to the authorities for transport to Kafka Prison Colony.

The soft jungle breeze carried far and wide the hoarse shouts and labored grunts of two twisting and turning opponents...
Sirdah captures Wambi's new friend, Kim-ki the deer, and challenges Wambi to battle him for the deer's release. As the battle begins, Wambi pretends to run in fear from the tiger who pursues him to the swamp, where Sirdah's charge lands him in a mud pit. He tells Wambi where to find the deer in exchange for helping him out of the trap.

'Camilla, be so good as to guide my friend Mansfield to the coast.'
Mansfield, seeking his actress-daughter who is lost in the jungle, learns that his daughter has been killed by N'kara, chieftaness of a local tribe. He goes to Camilla with his information and Camilla vows that the daughter will be avenged. Camilla manages to defeat N'kara and her men and the district police promise that N'kara will stand trial.
