Synopsis:
Nadia O'Bryan (the niece of Bob O'Bryan) hires Deadpool to help her find It! The Living Colossus, who disappeared in the Galapagos Islands during a battle with Dr.Doom. During that battle, Bob's mind had gotten lost, turning him into a wheelchair bound comatose. After the statue is located, Deadpool and Nadia are attacked in their submersible by giant prehistoric crustaceans. During the attack, Bob's mind is restored to his body and he is able to return his mind into the Colossus, using the statue to destroy the monsters.

Notes:
The Colossus was last seen in Nick Fury's Howling Commandos #2 (2006).
There are some large plot holes in between this issue and the Colossus' previous appearance in 2006. The battle between Dr.Doom and the Colossus never occurred in any particular issue. Bob is inexplicably wheelchair bound again when he regained his mobility back in Incredible Hulk #244 (1980), his wife Diane Cummings isn't mentioned, and his niece had never appeared in any prior issue or had ever been mentioned before this issue. The Colossus is also recolored purple, deviating from his previous appearances when he was colored gray.
The Colossus would have a brief cameo living on Monster Island with numerous other giant monsters in Uncanny X-Men #33 (2015). He would also make a comical appearance in a humour story in Marvel #4 (2021).
