Synopsis: After 400 years, Lady Death is once again able to walk the earth and returns to her hometown in Germany. In their human guises, Lucifer and his allies begin to cement their hold over the city of Las Vegas. Michael watches over the human, Hope, little realizing that Leviatha is getting closer to her by pretending to be her friend. When Hope is attacked by the horsemen of the apocalypse, she manifests Lady Death. Michael is recalled to Heaven by Gabriella.
