Synopsis: Alpha Flight tries to figure out what to do with Purple Girl and her powerful powers of persuasion. She becomes frightened and escapes with Jeffries in thrall, just as he is trying to separate Bochs from Box. After a shopping spree in Toronto, Kara and Jeffries are captured by the Auctioneer who plans to sell the pair to the highest bidder as living weapons. Alpha Flight intervenes and decides to make Purple Girl the first member of the new Beta Flight.

Hobgoblin & Jack O' Lantern clash. Kingpin confronts his son and rival mob boss, the Rose. Kingpin calls a meeting of all of his lieutenants and is preparing to have them gunned down when Spidey, DD and the Falcon intervene. Spidey shouts it out with Kingpin but it is Daredevil who has the last word.
