Synopsis: The flesh craving X-Beast has been formed from the genetics of Hank McCoy and Mr. Veneer and his Manmaker soldiers have a hard time controlling their new creation. Once X-Beast settles down, Veneer takes Die-Cut, X-Beast and the whole Manmaker crew to the secret island paradise of Cyclaedea. There is trouble in paradise, however, as the crew are attacked by Id-Sister who has achieved godhood too early and finds it is driving her crazy. Die-Cut is able to leech off some of her mystic energy and put a stop to her rampage. X-Beast and M'Lish capture Die-Cut and prepare to experiment on him.
