Dell Comics' own version of "The Comics Code", in response to the politically motivated attacks upon comic books in the 1950s. (Text follows)

"The Dell trademark is, and always has been, a positive guarantee that the comic magazine bearing it contains only clean and wholesome entertainment. The Dell Code eliminates entirely, rather than regulates, objectionable material. That's why when your child buys a Dell Comic you can be sure it contains only good fun. 'DELL COMICS ARE GOOD COMICS' is our only credo and constant goal."

In addition to all the birds attending the reunion, Tweety's brother Chirpy Bird is also mentioned.

This story, originating in 1960, perpetuates the then-popular trope that "everything is bigger and better in Texas".
