First Line: In the jungle theere are many legnes told and retold around native campfires

Synopsis: Three mysteries plague the jungle: A horned tiger, a stolen crown, and the yearly unexplained appearance of 'The Rattle.' The horn of the tiger ends up being a tiny spear, looking it up in the chronicles the Phantom discovers in 1656, his 12th removed grandfather created the Treaty of the Rattle with the Little People(LP) to stop their thieving and raids of the Tribes. The chronicles tell that Flying Eagle Rock is the home of the LP and the Phantom gets captured investigating, but the King of the LP recognizes him and confesses the theft of the crown reminding the Phantom of the history.
