Green Arrow [Oliver Queen]; Speedy [Roy Harper]; The Director (villain, introduction)
There is no such thing as "the prefect crime!"
The Director gives a master class in robbery to his henchmen by using filmed reconstructions. During the commission of a crime, Green Arrow and Speedy capture all but the big boss. Annoyed and frustrated The Director orders his men to bring every piece of footage they have of Green Arrow in action. They build a tank which is impervious to every type of arrow known to have been used by the archer duo. Green Arrow fires an arrow onto the roof of the tank, but nothing happens. The men inside are freaked out and are arrested as they exit. Green Arrow explains that he used a curiosity arrow.
