Quest'ultimo ospita la base Argo, rimasta isolata a causa di una anomalia energetica causata dalla cometa Lucifer. Nonostante i loschi piani del generale Blear, lo Skyhound di Jerry Lone, con a bordo Nathan, April Frayn, Jack O'Ryan e Link, riesce a raggiungere i superstiti sfidando fenomeni cosmici straordinari.
