Synopsis: The Commander tells Billy to join or die. He kills him. Duke and Rourke fight in New York City, and are joined by Spirit, Gung-Ho, and Wild Bill. Scarlett and Snake Eyes arrive in Idaho. Storm Shadow finds the Baroness and Destro's location. They agree to help him.
